Terms of Use

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Happy Health Helper is a publication and community about weight, energy, appetite, and how you feel in your body. We are not a medical provider, pharmacy, clinic, or prescriber. Content on the Website is for general education only.

2. Operator

The Website is operated by W2WD LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801. The public brand on this Website is Happy Health Helper.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing on the Website is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a promise of results. Do not ignore professional medical advice because of something you read here. Talk with a licensed clinician about your health, including any medicine, supplement, or change to how you eat, move, or sleep. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

4. Accounts and community signup

If you join the community, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for the phone number and email address you submit. Marketing and service messages from us are sent by SMS when you give express consent. Email is collected as part of signup. It is not our marketing channel.

Checking a consent box is how you give that consent. Submitting the form without the required boxes checked is not consent.

5. SMS terms

If you consent to service or marketing texts, you agree to receive recurring automated texts from Happy Health Helper (happyhealthhelper.com) at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to purchase products or services. We will not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. It can take time for an opt-out to take effect. You may use our unsubscribe form as well as STOP.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website in accordance with applicable law. You agree not to use the Website:

• for any unlawful purpose;
• to solicit others to perform or take part in unlawful acts;
• to violate any federal, state, or local law;
• to infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others;
• to upload malicious code, scrape the site in an abusive way, or interfere with the Website.

7. Intellectual property

The content, layout, design, data, and graphics on the Website are owned by W2WD LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or display any part of the Website for commercial use without our prior written consent.

8. Third-party links and offers

The Website and our texts may point to third-party sites, products, or services. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or their offers. Mentions of treatment options, including GLP-1 medicines, are informational. They are not an endorsement and not a guarantee that any offer is right for you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, W2WD LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, W2WD LLC and Happy Health Helper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Website or any offer you pursue after visiting the Website or receiving a text. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless W2WD LLC and its officers, members, and contractors from claims arising out of your use of the Website or your breach of these terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the Website, you acknowledge that policy.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Website, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
