The sweet after dinner

Happy Health Helper · A short note

The sweet after dinner

The sweet after dinner can be pleasure, habit, or unfinished hunger. Those are different motives wearing the same costume.

If it is pleasure and it fits your life, fine. If it is automatic and it bothers you, experiment: a pause, a walk, a planned portion, a fuller dinner.

Shame rarely improves dessert. Curiosity sometimes does.
